65 acts confirmed for Download Festival 2018
Plus Kerrang! Radio Fresh Blood is hosting The Avalanche Stage again

Download Festival has made its biggest line-up announcement yet with a whopping 65 acts confirmed across the weekend.
As part of the plethora of line-up additions, we’re proud to announce that Kerrang! Radio’s Fresh Blood will host The Avalanche Stage where the likes of Cancer Bats, Milk Teeth, Less Than Jake The Maine, and The Bronx will share the bill with previously announced headliners The Hives and Neck Deep.
Our very own Alex Baker enthuses: “I am absolutely stoked to be hosting The Avalanche Stage again this year at Download. Last year the talent on display on the stage, from brand new bands through to legends of the scene that started out life on Fresh Blood, was off the chart.
“And yet again this year it’s going to THE place to be…Puppy, Milk Teeth, Employed To Serve and CANCER BATS (to name but a few!). I mean COME ON! BE FAIR ON THE OTHER STAGES!!”
Joining headliners Avenged Sevenfold and Ozzy Osbourne on the Main Stage bill are acts including Black Stone Cherry, Cradle of Filth, Shinedown, Volbeat, Marmozets, Monster Truck and Boston Manor.
The Zippo Encore Stage now boasts performances from You Me At Six, Bury Tomorrow, Korn’s Jonathan Davis, Turbonegro, Corrosion of Conformity, L7 and loads more.
Among the smorgasbord of additions on The Dogtooth Stage are Rolo Tomassi, Baroness, Miss May I, Shvpes, Thy Art Is Murder, Wayward Sons, Emmure and blessthefall.
Download Festival takes place at Donington Park in Leicestershire from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th June 2018. Tickets are on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets now.
