Man charged as victims of Bletchley Christmas Day double murder named

A man has been charged in connection with the double murder of two women in Bletchley on Christmas Day.
Thames Valley Police were called to Santa Cruz Avenue on December 25th, to reports of a stabbing, resulting in the deaths of two women.
They've now been named as 38-year-old Joanne Pearson, and 24-year-old Teohna Grant, both from Milton Keynes, though formal identification is yet to take place.
Two others, a teenage boy and a man in his late twenties, were seriously injured and are said to be in a stable condition.
It was initially reported a dog who was injured had also died in the incident, however, it has now been confirmed the dog survived.
49-year-old Jazwell Brown, of Santa Cruz Avenue, has been charged with two counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder, and one count each of possession of a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place and causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal.
He will appear at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court tomorrow and has been remanded in custody.
