GMP pass on evidence to CPS, after Manchester Airport incident
Footage of part of an incident, showing a man being stamped on by an officer went viral online

Greater Manchester Police says a file of evidence has now been passed on to the Crown Prosecution Service, after a man was stamped on by an officer at Manchester Airport.
Footage of that part of the incident went viral online last month, and led to protests outside Rochdale Police Station and in Manchester City Centre.
In the minutes and seconds before what was shown in the video we're told three police officers were injured, including one who suffered a broken nose.
Four men remain on bail, as the CPS now goes through the evidence.
A separate inquiry by the Police Watchdog is also ongoing, with two officers under criminal investigation.
A statement from GMP, released this morning (Thursday 15 August) says: 'We have submitted a comprehensive file of evidence to the Crown Prosecution Service for advice as part of an investigation into a series of alleged criminal offences which saw three police officers injured at Manchester Airport in July.
'GMP Major Incident Team investigators, led by a highly experienced Senior Investigating Officer, have been thoroughly investigating the incident. Four men remain on police bail.
'A separate and independent investigation into our officers’ actions, by the Independent Office for Police Conduct, remains ongoing.'
