Boy appears in court charged with murdering 18-year-old in Derbyshire
The 17-year-old is also accused of being in possession of a bladed article

A 17-year-old has appeared in court in Derbyshire, charged with the murder of 18-year-old Noah Smedley.
He was found with serious injuries on Heanor Road in Ilkeston around 20:20 GMT on Saturday 28th December, and was pronounced dead at the scene a short while later.
Derbyshire Police say they have since charged a 17-year-old, who can't be named for legal reasons, with murder and possessing a bladed article.
The boy appeared on Youth Court on New Years Day, and was remanded to a secure accommodation ahead of his next planned court appearance on Friday 3rd January.
A GoFundMe, set up by family friends of Noah Smedley has raised nearly £9,000 for the teenagers family.
Tributes left there remember him as "one of a kind".
Following the incident on Saturday, four other 17-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of murder, one of those has been released on bail pending further inquiries, and the other three were released with no further action.
Two 16-year-old girls were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, one has been released on bail pending further enquiries and the other has been released with no further action.
A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
