How do I skip tracks on Amazon Alexa?
1) Login to Alexa with your Premium account and listen to the main station for Jazz FM, Kerrang! Radio, Planet Rock and Scala Radio.
2) You can say: "Alexa, skip" or "Alexa, next". You don't need to mention the station name as you're already listening.
3) You can skip up to six times per listening hour.
4) Alexa Skip applies only to the four main stations on Jazz FM, Kerrang! Radio, Planet Rock, Scala Radio, Absolute Radio and KISS and not the Premium only stations and special shows.

Where can I skip tracks?
With Premium you can skip up to six tracks when listening live on Amazon Alexa, the Web Player or our App. You can also skip six tracks on our online stations if listening using the Web Player or App,
How do I see how many skips I have left?
The number of skips remaining will appear on the now playing bar, as a small number above the play button. On Alexa it will tell you when you have reached your limit.
How do I skip tracks on the Web Player and App?
Simply click the skip button on the Web Player or App.
How many tracks can I skip?
You can skip up to six tracks per hour on the Web Player, App and Amazon Alexa.
When does my Skip function reset?
Your skips reset an hour after you first started listening.
Can I skip tracks with Google, Apple and Sonos speakers?
Currently, the skip function does not work when using these devices.

2) Through our App - You can also subscribe to Premium through the Jazz FM App.
Regardless of where you subscribe you will have access to Premium features across all platforms where you use your Jazz FM account.
What happens after I upgrade to Premium?
You will get an email confirming that you have just upgraded to Jazz FM Premium and that you now have a 30 day free trial before you get billed. You'll also get access to Premium for Planet Rock, Kerrang! Radio, Scala Radio, Absolute Radio and KISS included in the cost.

Google
Google speaker devices do not have a skill that supports ad-free streams and Premium only stations. However, you can Cast from mobile apps to get access. To do this you can follow this help guide for using Chromecast, Bluetooth or Airplay
Apple
Apple speaker devices do not have a skill that supports streams and Premium only stations. However, you can AirPlay from mobile apps to get access. To do this you can follow this help guide for using Chromecast, Bluetooth or Airplay.
Sonos
To access Premium stations on your Sonos speaker devices open the Sonos app and go to the settings tab. Simply tap on the 'services and voice' option and select the Planet Radio music service. Finally tap on 'reauthorise account' and follow the steps to sign in. You can also follow the steps provided by Sonos here.
Please note, you can't skip tracks using smartspeakers other than on Amazon Alexa. You can also skip on our webplayer and the Jazz FM App.
Listening on the App
Download the Jazz FM App and when you sign in your Premium features will automatically appear. You may have to update your App to the latest version.
