Who is Leee John?

Leee John (who real name is Leslie McGregor John) is a North London born soul artist, who has been performing for the past four decades.

The British singer-songwriter and actor is best known for his role with the post-disco band Imagination, who had a string of hits in the 1980s, with singles such as 'Just an Illusion (1982), 'Body Talk' (1981) and 'Music and Lights' (1982).

After the band originally split in 1992, John went on to create a series of dance-fuelled tracks during the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Leee John's first solo outing - Feed My Soul - was released back in 2005.
