Vinyl destination for Phronesis

Anglo-Scandinavian trio Phronesis plan to celebrate their 10th anniversary by releasing a double vinyl LP of their acclaimed album ‘Life To Everything’ on Edition Records. The release will launch at their ‘Pitch Black’ concert on May 1st at Cheltenham Jazz Festival.

‘Life To Everything’ is a live recording from London’s Cockpit Theatre over two nights at the London Jazz Festival. The vinyl edition will feature three bonus tracks recorded live at Copenhagen Jazzhouse.

Edition are also planning to release a vinyl version of Finnish trumpeter Verneri Pohjola’s new release ‘Bullhorn’. The album has received rave reviews and featured on Chris Philips’ Blueprint and Sarah Ward’s ‘Dinner Jazz’ extensively. The vinyl release is set for April 30th, International Jazz Day.
