Tahirah Memory has been on tour with soul man Jarrod Lawson for over a year as part of his band The Good People. Before Jarrod's World tour this year the pair co-wrote and co-produced Tahirah's debut self released album 'Pride.'

Currently on tour around several European cities with Lawson, Tahirah will make her UK solo debut alongside keyboard player Carl Hudson at Luton's Bear Club on November 11th playing music from the album in an intimate setting. Soon after, Jarrod Lawson and the band play their biggest London date so far on November 14th at Shepherds Bush Empire, part of EFG London Jazz Festival.

Tahirah Memory comes from a family with a rich musical heritage. Her father Thara Memory is a trumpeter and educator and Grammy Award-winner who mentored many musicians including Esperanza Spalding.
