Gilles Peterson’s Brownswood music is expanding their ‘Brownswood Bubblers’ brand with the launch of a new UK-wide talent initiative called ‘Future Bubblers’, supported by The Arts Council. Brownswood is one of the Arts Council’s National Portfolio Organisations for 2015-18 with the goal of 'great art and culture for all' across the UK.

‘Future Bubblers’ is setting out to discover and develop new talent both geographically and musically, unrestricted in style or genre. Support, mentorship & advice, profile and opportunities will be rolled out across the UK, focussing on different key cities in each of the 3 years.

The project looks at boosting local music audiences too, hoping to unearth and celebrate hidden talent and offer positive music experiences to enable building a scene.
