NOLA Jazz Fest clean up with huge 2016 billing
The World-famous New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival has announced an eye watering line-up for this year with Stevie Wonder at the top of the bill.
The World-famous New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival has really pulled out all the stops for this year with an eye watering line-up.
As ever there’s a wide range of acts, beyond jazz. They include: Stevie Wonder, Pearl Jam, Neil Young, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Steely Dan, Snoop Dogg, Paul Simon, Beck, Van Morrison, Elvis Costello, Gary Clark Jr., Bonnie Raitt, Maxwell, Mavis Staples, Janelle Monae, Lauryn Hill, the Isley Brothers, and blues legends Taj Mahal, and Buddy Guy.
Add to that the jazz line-up with , Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter, Dr. John, Trombone Shorty, Jon Batiste, Aaron Neville, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Gregory Porter, Snarky Puppy, Terence Blanchard, Rebirth Brass Band, Jack DeJohnette, Ravi Coltrane and a tribute to the late Allen Toussaint.
