John Scofield is to release a new album for the Impulse! label called ‘Past Present’ on Sept. 25th. The guitarist is in great company in a quartet featuring drummer Bill Stewart, saxophonist Joe Lovano and bassist Larry Grenadier. The new recording features nine new Scofield compositions.
