Martin Freeman is curating a second Acid Jazz compilation
The actor announces ‘Soul on the Corner’ with label founder Eddie Piller
The Bafta and Emmy award-winning actor Martin Freeman and the founder of Acid Jazz Records Eddie Piller have announced that they’re releasing a second compilation album, following the success of their ‘Jazz on the Corner’ release this time last year. The new one is called ‘Soul on the Corner’ and will feature music from the likes of Bobby Womack, Willie Hutch, Georgie Fame and Betty Wright as well as contemporary signings like Tommy McGee and Laville. It’s available to stream now, but the full CD and vinyl release will be out on May 3rd, with track listing as follows…
