Jazz Loves Disney returns – with guest vocalist Eric Cantona !?!?
The world famous footballer-turned-actor will feature on an all-star jazz album.
An unlikely jazz star could be about to emerge, with confirmation that footballer-turned-actor Eric Cantona will feature as a singer on the new Jazz Loves Disney release – as he duets on the song ‘Be Our Guest’ from Beauty and the Beast, with British pianist Jamie Cullum.
The pair will feature alongside some of the biggest names in contemporary jazz, including George Benson (singing from Tarzan), Jacob Collier (singing from The Little Mermaid) and Laura Mvula (singing from Mary Poppins).
The album is the second in a series from the Decca label – the original Jazz Loves Disney featured the likes of Gregory Porter, Melody Gardot, Stacey Kent and China Moses.
