Jazz FM presents Brazilian MPB singer / songwriter Marcos Valle at Brooklyn Bowl (within the O2 in North Greenwich) on Sunday 1st November 2015.

Rio born, Valle recently celebrated his 50 year career by releasing a live album collaboration with jazz singer Stacey Kent. His music fuses soul, jazz, rock, bossa nova, samba and traditional Brazilian music. He was there right at the start of the wave of Bossa Nova in America during the 1960s, with his wife Anamaria forming the basis of what became Sergio Mendes' legendary group Brasil 66. Later he collaborated with artists as diverse as Sarah Vaughan and Leon Ware. His song ‘Crickets Sing For Anamaria’ was even covered by Spice Girl Emma Bunton.

The Brooklyn Bowl is a unique music venue featuring food, craft beers and 10 pin bowling lanes, perfect for group bookings.
