Jazz FM has joined the partners supporting Music Venue Trust and its upcoming ‘Venues Day 2015’ on Tuesday October 20 at London's Ministry of Sound.

Venues Day is the national gathering of grassroots music venues from across the UK led by the charity Music Venue Trust. In joining Venues Day, Jazz FM is able to continue working with venues of all sizes throughout the UK promoting gigs and touring artists.

Jazz FM’s Business Development Director, Clara Eisenberg said: “Jazz FM is delighted to partner with the Music Venue Trust and Venues Day 2015. These venues fulfil a vital role in the UK music industry and make a major contribution to the development and nurturing of new and emerging talent. We have worked with many of these venues. We understand the challenges they face and want to ensure we support the important initiatives Music Venue Trust is undertaking with Venues Day.”

Music Venue Trust CEO Mark Davyd said: "We are delighted to be able to partner with Jazz FM on Venues Day. As well as specialist jazz venues, grassroots music venues across the country present a wide range of music and we are keen to see that work supported and represented as we come together to look at how we protect, secure and improve these vital community spaces."
