Gregory Porter is to collaborate with British electronic dance duo Disclosure. It was Grammy and Brit award-winning singer Sam Smith who made the introduction. Porter has also alluded to a future collaboration with Smith, who is a huge fan of his music.

This would not be the first time Gregory has collaborated in electronic music. Although music from his recent album has been widely remixed, Jazz FM has previously revealed that Gregory worked with house music producers The Teflon Dons as far back as 1999 on a song called ’Tomorrow People’.

Collaborations seem to be very much on the menu for Gregory at the moment. He recently duetted with British pop singer Laura Mvula on a version of his song ’Water Under Bridges’, which appears on the expanded edition of his Grammy award-winning album ‘Liquid Spirit’.
