Free jazz, but not as we know it

Downbeat Magazine 2014 Poll winning pianist Marc Cary, who performed earlier this year for Jazz FM at Hideaway in South London, is releasing a new project for free through his Bandcamp web page. Each month Cary is choosing one cut from an unreleased album 'Cosmic Indigenous' and making it available to fans to freely download. So far three tracks; 'Runnin' Outta Time', 'Twelve Stories' and 'Sound Portals' are available and showcase his signature sound of stylish crossover jazz fusion / world music from his Focus Trio and Friends. 

Visitors will also notice all of his solo albums, some difficult to find if at all, are now available for purchase from the same Bandcamp destination. Visit and claim your free tracks here.
