First names announced for Cheltenham Jazz Fest 2018
Four headliners have been announced for May Bank Holiday weekend
The first artists have been announced for Cheltenham Jazz Festival, which runs annually over the first May bank holiday weekend in the Gloucestershire town. Legendary soul and jazz vocalist Randy Crawford will open the event on 2 May, blues singer Beth Hart and 'The Epic' saxophonist Kamasi Washington will also grace the festival’s Big Top stage, while bassist Christian McBride will bring his big band to the UK for a performance at Cheltenham Town Hall.
Tickets for these first shows will go on sale to Cheltenham Festivals Members at 1pm on 8 November and to the general public at 10am on 10 November.
