EFG London Jazz Festival 2015: First names announced

Kurt Elling, Cassandra Wilson, Sons of Kemet, Jarrod Lawson and Average White Band are all included in the ten day festival that runs from 13th – 22nd November.

November’s EFG London Jazz Festival may seem a long way off but the first confirmed names have already been announced and many will sell out early with tickets on sale already. Kurt Elling, Cassandra Wilson, Sons of Kemet, Jarrod Lawson and Average White Band are all included in the ten day festival that runs from Friday 13 – Sunday 22 November. 

This is the 23rd London Jazz Festival which has grown to take in hundreds of concerts at venues right across the capital from prestigious concert halls to established and emerging jazz clubs and cultural spots. 

Also announced are collaborative group James Farm, featuring Love Supreme Festival confirmed saxophonist Joshua Redman, the Maria Schneider Orchestra, American banjo maestro Béla Fleck with Abigail Washburn and a specially commissioned performance from the Britton Sinfonia with bass man Eddie Gómez.
