This weekend world class bassist and international jazz titan Dave Holland will be spending a week as International Artist In Residence at The Royal Academy Of Music in London. His stay will culminate in two events.
There’s a chance to watch a Dave host a masterclass with the students' own ensembles as they perform their original compositions and arrangements on Wednesday 14th January at 6pm. Entry for this event is free.
On Friday 16th at 7.30 Holland will perform with the students including a set of his music for small ensembles, followed by a set with the Academy's critically acclaimed jazz Big Band. Tickets for this are £7.50, concessions £5.50.
