Avery Sunshine scoops three more awards

Atlanta soul star and Jazz FM favourite Avery Sunshine is this year’s run-away winner of the Soul Tracks Readers Choice Awards.

The website is one of the world’s best resources for soul and r&b and readers voted for Avery as Female Vocalist of the Year, Independent Album of the Year for ‘The Sun Room’ and Song of the Year for ‘Sweet Afternoon.’ The awards were announced on Monday evening in the US.

Male Vocalist of the Year was Will Downing and a lifetime achievement award went to The Chi-lites.
