Almost four years after her passing, 'Amy: The Girl Behind The Name' will premiere in London tonight. It will be followed by screenings across the country with Q&A sessions live by satelite. 'Amy: The Girl Behind The Name' is directed by BAFTA winning Asif Kapadia. It explores the singers life and includes previously unseen footage and unheard tracks from Winehouse’s archive.

After struggling with growing up in the public eye, suffering from drug and alcohol addiction as well as mental health issues, the multiple Grammy-award winning artist was found dead from alcohol poisoning at the age of just 27.

The trailer shows clips of Winehouse as a teenager in home videos; winning  five Grammy awards in 2008 for single ‘Rehab’, album ‘Back to Black’ and the Best New Artist award; the recording of ‘Back to Black’ and also being followed by the paparazzi outside her home in Camden. 'Amy' features contributions from Winehouse's friends and family, and received near-universal acclaim at the Cannes Film Festival.

'Amy: The Girl Behind The Name' will be available in cinemas in the UK from Friday 3rd July and worldwide from Friday 10th July 2015.
