Here’s your chance to get into the Christmas spirit with a pair of tickets to see Paul Edis and a host of friends for his concert “A Jazzy Christmas” at St Gabriel’s Church in Pimlico, London on the evening of 20th December. Here is a little preview of what you can expect:

Paul is joined by Freddie Gavita (trumpet/flugel) Robert Fowler (alto sax/clarinet), Matt Anderson (tenor/soprano sax), Rory Ingham (trombone), Gareth Lockrane (flute/piccolo) Johanna Burnheart (violin) Paul Edis (piano/arrangements), Mátyás Hofecker (double bass) and Matt Home (drums), plus Jazz FM favourite Jo Harrop provides the velvet-voiced vocals over the evening.

You can expect to hear classic Christmas hits such as ‘Santa Baby’ given a big band treatment rubbing shoulders with more contemporary hits like ‘Driving Home For Christmas’ as a Brazilian samba.

Nigel Williams will be there to host as the show is recorded for transmission on Jazz FM a few days later on Christmas Eve 2024
