This week a list of the proposed new emojis for next year has been released, and it includes some that we could REALLY do with! Not only are they proposing red-headed and curly-haired characters to be added to the list, next year we could find ourselves using the BAGEL emoji - and we can't wait for that! Anyone for bacon and avocado bagels anyone?
The full list of proposed new emojis includes animals such as a kangaroo, llama and swan, a fire extinguisher and even a couple of superhero ones!
Whilst the final list of emojis won't be confirmed until January next year, we really hope that most of them will make the cut, although we aren't sure how often we'd use the lacrosse stick!

The full list of new emojis won't be available to the general public until the second quarter of 2018 so we still have to wait a while!

Just two months ago there was a MASSIVE debate on the correct way to 'build' a burger. It all started when Author Thomas Baekdal tweeted 'I think we need to have a discussion about how Google's burger emoji is placing the cheese underneath the burger, while Apple puts it on top' and it received over 35,000 likes and 17,000 retweets, clearly a pressing issue for many!
It wasn't long before Thomas' tweet went viral and he received countless responses ranging from a full diagram of what order the component parts should be in, to people's personal preferences!
