Former England boss Lisa Keightley takes over at Northern Superchargers Women

Northern Superchargers Women have appointed former England boss Lisa Keightley as their head coach.
The Leeds-based club announced the Australian's appointment shortly after confirming that Dani Hazell would leave Superchargers at the end of her contract.
Keightley's appointment was announced by her new club on Instagram alongside the caption "Welcome to Leeds, Lisa!"
She became the first female to lead England Women full-time when she assumed the role in 2020, but left at the end of summer 2022.
The 53-year-old led England to the final of the World Cup in April 2022, but they could not emulate their 2017 triumph, losing out to Australia in Christchurch.
England were also knocked out in the semi-finals of the 2020 T20 World Cup and failed to secure a medal at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games.
Keightley has most recently served as head coach of Sydney Thunder after signing a three-year contract to lead the Women's Big Bash League side last summer.
As an Australia international, primarily a right-handed batter, Keightley appeared in nine Tests, 82 one-day internationals, and one T20.
Former England captain Hazell was in June announced as the new head coach of Durham Women on a three-year deal.
She had been in charge of Northern Superchargers since 2019, leading them to the final last year, and at the time was expected to keep her role with the Hundred franchise.
A statement posted to Northern Superchargers' Instagram read: "Dani Hazell will leave Northern Superchargers at the end of her contract after four years with the team.
"We wish her the very best for the future."
