Appeal after serious assault outside Normanton hotel
A man suffered serious injuries to his face during the incident outside the Midland Hotel
A man has suffered serious injuries to his face during an assault outside a hotel in Normanton.
It happened in the car park of the Midland Hotel on Market Street during the evening of October 12.
The man in his 40s needed hospital treatment following the attack.
A 44 year old man was later arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and released on police bail.
Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses.
