The Queen poses with Prince Philip to celebrate their birthdays
Today is Prince Philip's 95th birthday.
While there's a lot of excitement about the Queen's official birthday, today (Friday 10th June) is Prince Philip's 95th birthday and to celebrate a photo of the couple side-by-side has been released.
The photo was taken by Annie Leibovitz, an American portrait photographer who has taken official photos of The Queen previously.
A tweet from the official Royal Family account accompanying the photo said "He has, quite simply, been my strength & stay all these years".
The Queen and Prince Philip have been married for 68 years and have four children, eight grandchildren and five great grandchilden.
90th birthday celebrations have started this morning with The Queen and Prince Philip attending a service at St Paul's Cathedral before having lunch for the Governors General of all Commonwealth Realms at Buckingham Palace.
Tomorrow the Queen will be celebrating her official 90th birthday with the Trooping of the Colour.
