A seal photographed catching some rays on the bank of a river in Ely has become a hit on social media.
The animal, nicknamed Neil, was snapped at the weekend on the River Cam - and appears to be grinning from whisker to whisker!
The seals sometimes follow canal boats from Denver in Norfolk, with this particular manatee taking a breather more than 30 miles from the nearest coast.
Photos of Neil were posted to 'Spotted in Ely' on Facebook, and have attracted thousands of likes, shares and comments.
