5 motorcyclists die after separate crashes in Derbyshire

Five motorcyclists have died in two separate crashes near the same Derbyshire town.

Police say three Ducati motorbikes, a van and a car were involved in the first crash on the A53 near Buxton around quarter to ten yesterday morning.

Less than an hour later, emergency services were called to a different incident on the A6 near the town, where two riders died.

There's now appeals for information from either of the incidents.
