Yellow thunderstorm warning issued across the East

The Met Office is warning of some potential thundery showers today.

The Met Office has issued a yellow thunderstorm warning covering the East of England.

It warns of the potential for some heavy rain and thunderstorms from until midnight tonight.

It could cause disruption to travel and there is a small chance of some flooding to homes and businesses.

Power cuts are also a possibility in places.

A second warning has also been issued for Sunday 4th July, this it's just for parts of North and West Norfolk, and Wisbech.

It's in force from 10am on Sunday through until the end of the day.
