Woman left with 'life threatening' injuries after Ixworth crash
It's after a collision between two cars late on Tuesday night
A woman is in a critical condition in hospital after a crash near Ixworth on Tuesday night.
A white BMW 3 was in a collision with a white Toyota Aygo on the A143, near Cutters Lane, shortly after 10:20pm.
One of the cars was overtaking a lorry at the time of the crash.
The driver of the Toyota, a woman in her 20s, was taken to West Suffolk Hospital where she's now in a life threatening condition.
The people in the BMW were also taken to hospital as a precaution.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses or anyone who captured dashcam footage in the area at the time to come forward.
