Woman in court after fatal crash in Hadleigh
The 76 year old is accused of being involved in the collsion last year
A 76 year old woman has appeared in court charged in connection with a fatal crash in Hadleigh last year.
It happened at around 10am on June 25 2022, when two vehicles collided at the crossroads with Aldham Road, The Green and Angel Street.
A blue Toyota Aygo and orange Ford Ranger were involved. A passenger in the Toyota, a 76 year old women, passed away at Ipswich Hospital.
Ann Abbott, of Marlborough Drive, Sudbury, appeared at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court earlier where she was formally charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
She has been released on abil pending a future hearing on August 3 at Cambridge Crown Court.
