Police are appealing for witnesses after a hit and run crash involving a cyclist near Saxmundham on Friday.
It happened in Kelsale, as a white van of pick up truck turned off Carlton Road into Main Street at around 11:25am - hitting the woman on a bike.
She was left with back and neck injuries.
The driver left the scene of the crash.
Officers are appealing for anyone with information or who captured CCTV or dashcam footage to get in touch.
