Two men charged with drugs offences in Bury St Edmunds
It's after officers witnessed a suspected drug deal late last year
Two men have been charged after police witnessed a suspected drug deal in Bury St Edmunds.
It happened in the Parkway area on December 29. A 22 year old man was later stopped by officers, along with a 52 year old.
Anil Cayir, 22, of Great Cambridge Road, Enfield, was subsequently charged with possession with intent to supply and being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
He's been remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at Ipswich Crown Court on January 27.
George Barr, 52, of Hospital Road, Bury St Edmunds, was charged with possession of Class A and B drugs.
He's been bailed and will appear before Ipswich Magistrates' Court on March 3.
