Two arrested after man found seriously injured in road in Brantham
Police were called in the early hours of morning of Saturday
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was found lying in the road with serious injuries in Brantham over the weekend.
Officers think the victim, in his 50s, was hit by a vehicle which failed to stop at the scene.
The ambulance service was called to the scene on Rowley Close at around 4:35am. He was taken to Addenbrooke's by air ambulance and is now recovering.
Two men in their in their 20s have been arrested in connection with the incident and have been bailed until May 12.
Police are now looking for anyone who was close to Rowley Close or Brooklands Road in the early hours of Saturday morning, or for dashcam footage taken in the area at the time.
