Tributes paid to Suffolk firefighter who died after a night shift
Suffolk Fire and Rescue confirmed one of their firefighters has died.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue has confirmed that Rudie Mann, who's been based Lowestoft South Station since 2001, died on Saturday 13th February following a night shift.
It said despite the valiant efforts of his friends, colleagues, and staff from the East of England Ambulance Service, they were sadly unable to save him.
It says their thoughts and condolences are with the family and close colleagues of Rudie.
He's been described as a "respected and much loved colleague" who will be "deeply missed by everyone".
