Third person arrested after man assaulted and run over by car in Beccles
Two people have already been charged with attempted murder over the incident

A third person has been arrested in connection with an incident in Beccles last month during which a man was assaulted and run over by a car.
It happened on Saturday 18 November at about 2.45am on London Road. The victim, a man in his 50s, was attacked by a group of people who emerged from a car.
He was pulled to the floor and stamped on. The group then returned to the vehicle and drove over the victim’s torso before driving off.
The victim was taken to the James Paget Hospital with serious injuries.
Two people have been charged with attempted murder after a man was run over in Beccles.
Nathan Baker, aged 19 and of Quay Street in Halesworth and 26 year old Daniel Hermon of Market Place in Southwold were both previously charged with attempted murder and remanded into custody.
A 27 year old man has now been questioned on suspicion of attempted murder and released on bail until February 21 next year.
