Suffolk PCC Office awarded prestigious transparency award
It monitors police governance and recognises excellent performance

Suffolk Police and Crime Commissioner's office has been awarded a prestigious national award for openness and transparency for the sixth successive year.
The quality mark has been awarded by CoPaCC, an independent national body which monitors police governance and recognises excellent performance by Police and Crime Commissioner's and their offices.
Greg Songer, Complaints Review Officer at Suffolk's Office of the PCC said:
"It's a huge credit to the whole team to be commended for excellence for openness and transparency. This is down to the hard work and application of the team in ensuring we all comply with our statutory obligations by making information available to the public."
He added:
"It is really important that our office complies with the statutory obligations placed upon the Police and Crime Commissioner, this includes making sure we publish information in a clear and accessible way. We are committed to making sure anyone looking for information about the PCC or this office, finds what they need quickly and easily and I am pleased that CoPaCC has acknowledged this by awarding this quality mark."
