Burger chain Five Guys is set to open its first branch in Suffolk next month

The popular restaurant has taken over the former Pancake and Waffle Shack near the Fiveways roundabout at Barton Mills.

It's set to welcome its first diners on October 2, according to the Five Guys website.

The previous restaurant, which sits next to a petrol station off the M11, closed last summer.

Five Guys is best known for its burgers, milkshakes and fries.

It already has several branches open across the East of England, including in Colchester and Norwich.
