As another weekend in lockdown approaches, the message to stay home is ringing out across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Greater Anglia is reminding us that we should only be travelling for permissable reasons, such as work or medical appointments.

The rail provider has a reduced timetable in place because of the pandemic and is urging us to check ahead if we really do need to travel by train.

However, they're also assuring us they've taken measures to make sure we stay safe on their trains and their platforms, including being able to social distance at all times.
