Rail strikes: How passengers in East Anglia will be affected
Train drivers are refusing to work overtime
Disruption to rail journeys is expected across East Anglia this week as train drivers refuse to work overtime for six days.
Aslef previously announced that its members will withdraw non-contractual overtime, known as rest-day working, with 16 of the country's 35 rail operators from Monday 7th August to Saturday 12th August.
How are services in the East Anglia affected?
C2C
The C2C website says services will be unaffected, but they're asking passengers to check before they travel.
East Midlands Railway
The network will be affected by the ASLEF overtime ban, with the operator telling passengers to check before they travel.
"There will likely be several train cancellations throughout this week," the operator has said.

Greater Anglia
A number of services have been cancelled by Greater Anglia, due to the ASLEF overtime ban.
People are advised to not use the services on strike days. Customers can travel on a different day with the same ticket.

GTR/Great Northern
GTR, also known as Govia Thameslink Railway, is the UK's biggest railway franchise and operates Southern, Thameslink, Great Northern and Gatwick Express.
It said an amended timetable with fewer services will run from 31 July, with the operator warning that trains at peak times will be busier than normal.
It adds Gatwick Express will stop at Clapham Junction and East Croydon to help with passenger numbers.
