MP welcomes return of Ipswich BMX

Ipswich BMX track is vital for young people.

That's according to MP Tom Hunt, who's welcomed the re-opening of the site in Landseer Park, after months of closure to allow work to be carried out.

Not only does he feel it provides young people something very positive to get involved in and aspire towards, it can also help to keep them out of trouble.

Mr Hunt said:

"As you will know, the track sits at the heart of the Gainsborough community where there are pockets of significant deprivation."
