Catherine Bohart and Simon Armitage among names added to Latitude Festival lineup

Even more comedy and literary acts have been added to the already bumper Latitude Festival lineup

Even more acts have been added to the lineup for Suffolk's Latitude festival, including poat-laureate Simon Armitage and comedian and actor Catherine Bohart.

Headliners at Henham Park this summer already include Pulp, Paulo Nutini and George Ezra.

This year's edition takes place between July 20 and 23.

Among musical acts added are supergroup FIZZ, who will headline the Sunrise Arena, with Glasgow-based collective Azamiah also set to play the same stage.

Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Newcomer Helen Bauer joins Bohart in the comedy tent.

Jazz Emu, Shazia Mirza, Jodie Mitchell, Joe Wells, Ray Badran, Melissa McGlensey, Sharon Wanjohi and Saima Ferdows will also perform.

Poet Laureate Simon Armitage will return to Latitude with readings from his latest book, Never Good With Horses.

Garth Marenghi, the fictional horror author created by writer/director Matthew Holness, will appear to read from his Sunday Times Bestseller TerrorTome.

In a festival first Romesh Ranganathan will close Latitude with his first-ever Hip Hop Saved My Festival event.

Also returning to Henham Park is Massaoke, featuring a live band playing some of the biggest anthems from the last decade in what they describe as 'the world's biggest sing along'.

It's just under two months to go until the event, with around 45,000 people expected on the Suffolk coast across the four days,
