Man critical in hospital after serious crash on A14 near Newmarket
A 33 year old man has been arrested after the collision early yesterday
A man is in a critical condition in hospital after a crash on the A14 near Newmarket early yesterday morning.
A black Vauxhall Corsa and an HGV were involved in the collision on the Newmarket Bypass near Chippenham at around 4:50am.
The driver of the Vauxhall, a man in his 30s, was taken to Addenbrookes Hospital.
A 33-year-old man from Kent was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst disqualified.
He has since been released on bail until November 28.
