Learner driver caught doing almost 100mph on A14 near Ipswich
He was spotted driving almost 30mph over the limit on Sunday
A learner driver has been reported for speeding after being caught doing almost 100mph on the A14.
He was clocked doing 97mph at Sproughton at around 4:28pm on Sunday.
The black VW Golf was stopped and its driver was found to be using a provisional licence.
The 26 year old man was driving unsupervised without 'L' plates.
The driver is set to be issued a summons to appear in court.
