Ipswich Town fans will get the chance to celebrate the team's promotion back to the Championship with a special event at Christchurch Park on Monday.

Town secured their move to the 2nd tier of English football with a 6 - 0 victory over Exeter last Saturday.

The Tractor Boys will round off their season at Fleetwood on Sunday.

Monday's free event, running from 12pm until 2pm, will see the players and coaching staff appear on stage, with supporters also getting the chance to hear from former players and special guests.

Around 24,000 people will be let in but you won't need to apply for a ticket to enter.

Fans are being urged to avoid bringing bags as searches will be in place at all entrances into the park.

No alcohol, flares of pyrotechnics will be permitted within the park.
