Ipswich Town will face National League North side Buxton in the Second Round of the FA Cup, after a 3 - nil away win at Bracknell last night.

The Tractor Boys were goalless at half time after some tenacious defending from Bracknell.

66 minutes in the deadlock was broken by an own goal from Daniel Bayliss, before Freddie Ladapo and Panutche Camara got onto the scoresheet for Town.

Edwin Agbaje and Gerrard Buabo made their FA Cup debut for the Tractor Boys, while Camara scored his first goal in Blues colours.

Speaking to the ITFC website, Town boss Kieran McKenna said: "Full credit to Bracknell because they were well organised in the first half."

"They pressed high and made it difficult. They tried to be positive and aggressive.

"We controlled the game and got the goals, but it was Bracknell's big night and they should be proud of themselves.

"It can happen in football when it takes a while for the first goal to come because they were organised and we missed some chances. it took us a while to get into our rhythm but we had to be patient and persistent. Once we got the first goal we knew we would be okay.

"We waited for the right opportunities and stayed tight at the other end. Buxton at home is a good tie, and we have to perform well to reach the third round. It's a game we're looking forward to at Portman Road."
