Ipswich Town's Wes Burns called up to Wales squad

He becomes the second Town player to be called up for international fixtures

Ipswich Town winger Wes Burns has been called up to the Wales squad ahead of Nations League fixtures against Belgium and Poland.

The 27 year old has three caps for the national side, having made his international debut in June.

He will join up with his teammates on Sunday (September 18), with the first fixture against Belgium due to be played next Thursday (September 22).

Wales host Poland on September 25.

Wes will miss the League Trophy tie against Arsenal U21s on September 20 as well as the League One match at Plymouth, also on September 25.
