Ipswich Town midfielder Dom Ball is set to miss Saturday's trip to Forest Green Rovers, along with defender Corrie Ndaba.

Ball is back in training and could make his debut for the Tractor Boys in the League Cup against Colchester next Tuesday.

Ndaba is out due to a minor hip issue.

Speaking to the ITFC website, boss Kieran McKenna said: "I think Dom is going to fall just short for this weekend."

"Saturday is going to come just too quickly, but he’ll hopefully be involved in the fixtures next week.

"Corrie Ndaba has a very slight strain in one of his hip flexors so he hasn't trained this week, but it won't be anything long-term."
