Reports a 24/7 waking watch is in place in a second Ipswich block of flats
It would be the second block of flats in Ipswich to adopt a 24/7 waking watch
There are reports a 24 hour waking watch has been put in place in a building in Ipswich - after concerns about fire safety.
Churchmans House, which is next to the football stadium on Portman Road, would be the second block of flats to adopt a 24/7 waking watch.
Cladding's an ongoing issue in the town, with Cardinal Lofts evacuated due to concerns earlier this year.
We've reached out to the council and fire service for comment.
We've also contacted Block Management, which is in charge of Churchmans House, for a comment - they are yet to respond.
